A few points to note about the calculator:

- For the sake of simplicity, we make a few assumptions regarding accommodation expenses and mileage. For this reason, your actual take home pay may differ from the amount shown here. If you wish, we can provide you with a calculation tailored to your specific circumstances.
- If you are paid by the hour, you'll need to multiply your hourly rate by your standard working day length. For example, £25p/h x 7.5hrs equals a daily rate of £187.50
